Assaad El Hajj holds a Higher Education Teaching Degree in Music from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik.

He is the Founder and Director of Les Élites School of Music and Arts, where he has played a pivotal role in the design and implementation of music curricula, as well as in the development of pedagogical strategies for music education.

Mr. El Hajj is the author of THEORIE DE LA MUSIQUE and BASICS OF MUSIC WRITING, two books on music theory and education, reflecting over Thirty two years of experience in the field.
